BT Advanced Obedience Off Leash

(hereinafter referred to as “Client”) and Dog Gone Happy Training & Pet Sitting Center (hereinafter known as “Trainer”) pertains to the following:

(hereinafter ‘Dog’). Trainer undertakes to provide the services in a diligent and professional manner, while the Client agrees to act in accordance with the instructions provided by the Trainer and to pay the fee for services rendered by the Trainer. For good and valuable consideration, the parties agree as follows

Client agrees to pay Trainer a nonrefundable fee in the amount of $2950.00 for Advanced Off-Leash Obedience Training for (approximate length 21-25 days), (1) handover session (mandatory attendance by Client) and (2) follow-up sessions (approximate length of program is 1 hr each), includes training collar, remote collar, leash, written maintenance manual and 3 months’ telephone support.

Trainer agrees to provide private sessions for Client and Dog based on the Advanced Board & Train Program, the goal being to teach Dog a language and teach Client how to maintain Dog’s training and work with Dog. These lessons will take place at Trainer's facility. Trainer will make every reasonable effort to help Client achieve training and behavior modification goals but makes no guarantee of Dog’s performance or behavior once Dog leaves facility. Client understands that he/she and members of the household must follow Trainer’s instructions without modification, work with dog daily as recommended, and constantly reinforce training being given to Dog. Client will be required arrive to follow-up lessons with specific training collar & leash recommended by Trainer.

If Client fails to keep scheduled appointment, or is not present at time of scheduled appointment, or does not utilize the maximum amount of sessions at their disposal, the lesson will be forfeited.

No refunds are expressed or implied. All Sales Final.

Client gives Trainer permission to travel with Dog as part of training during the term of this Agreement.

I authorize Trainer to use Film photographs, Digital photographs, Video footage, Audio recordings, Testimonials procured in the course of training.

If Dog causes property damage, or bites or injures any dog, animal or person (including but not limited to Trainer and Trainer’s agents), during or after the term of this Agreement, then Client agrees to pay all resulting losses and damages suffered or incurred, and to defend and indemnify Trainer and Trainer’s agents from any resulting claims, demands, lawsuits, losses, costs or expenses, including attorney fees. If Dog becomes sick or is injured in a fight or in any other manner during or after the term of the Agreement, Client assumes the risk and agrees that Trainer should not be held responsible for any resulting sickness, injuries, losses, damages, costs or expenses. At Trainer's sole election, Trainer's duties hereunder shall terminate if (a) in Trainer's sole judgment Dog is dangerous or vicious to Trainer or any other person or animal, or interferes with the training of other dogs, or (b) Client breaches any term or condition of this Agreement. Upon termination in accordance with the foregoing, Trainer's duties shall terminate but all other provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

This Agreement is binding upon Client, spouse of Client, and children of Client. This Agreement supersedes all prior discussions, representations, warranties and agreements of the parties, written or oral, and expresses the entire agreement between Client and Trainer regarding the matters described above.
